The application, its design, templates, and translations are the intellectual property of Daniel Kermia. Routine templates and categories are provided for your personal use.
You retain full ownership of the objectives, steps, notes, and mood entries you create. Kermia Steps does not claim ownership of your user-created content.
We strive to maintain the service but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Productivity and wellness information provided by the service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Premium features and displayed prices are informational only until payment processing is enabled. No paid subscription is currently available.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting contact@cryptofoliex.com. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
